An always pensive Manuel Pellegrini confirmed Friday that Marko Arnautovic would be available for West Ham United, when they face off against headline filled Manchester United at the London Stadium.
The Chilean manager in his weekly press conference made it known that his star striker will return to the side following his recent injury, against a United side coming off the latest rift between Jose Manager and Paul Pogba.
“Well Marko worked from Wednesday, the last three days of the week, with the squad,” Pellegrini said. “So he is 100% for tomorrow.”
Pellegrini also had a chance to talk about Declan Rice turning down West Ham’s contract offer this week.
“Declan must try to continue having good performance, that’s thinking about more or less money in this moment,” Pellegrini said. “I think that nobody in the club is stupid to not understand that he isn’t a young player anymore. I don’t think he will have any problem with his contract in the future.
