It’s a must-win game for Stoke City, and for the Hammers, they know they aren’t in any position to be resting on the laurels of the past fortnight.
Andy Carroll and Manuel Lanzini return to the bench, with the former having a chance for his first match in about 11 games. James Collins was the only short term absence still not deemed fit enough to play, as Aaron Cresswell is fully okay after the concerns he had in the last match.
For the desperate Potters, Paul Lambert will be without Charlie Adam, as the former Blackpool midfield star is serving the final match of his suspension and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. The electric Cameroon winger is still dealing with a groin injury at the worst part of the season.
