Well, West Ham United should get all three points today to continue the momentum off of a good 4-2 home win last week vs Burnley.
But annoyingly, they have given up a very cheap goal to a limited Huddersfield side that came into this contest deservedly in the relegation zone. The Hammers swept David Wagner’s side last season despite the different managers they had to do so, and Wagner’s side has lost both the defensive bite it had all season and the constant amounts of luck they have to somehow survive.
Giving up any goal to Huddersfield is almost inexcusable considering their lack of quality, and it is a goal from Alex Pritchard in the 6th minute that managed to somehow get past Lukasz Fabianski.
The Hammers will have to improve, so we’ll see on that. In the meantime, here is the lineups.
