It’s another highly anticipated London Derby, as West Ham United venture across town Thursday to Wembley Stadium for the second time this season against Tottenham.
It’s the annual one-day of rest fixture for both squads, as each team secured tight, important victories on Tuesday evening. The quick turnaround will test both teams, especially the Hammers, as Marko Arnautovic and Aaron Cresswell join the injury list and are unavailable against Mauricio Pochettino’s formidable side.
Javier Hernandez is given the start after Andy Carroll’s brace heroics 48 hours ago, with a return to the starting lineup for West Brom comeback catalyst Mark Noble. Teen ace Declan Rice also sees himself get a nod in the XI for David Moyes.
Meanwhile for smooth, skilled Spurs, Premier League top goalscorer Harry Kane returns to the starting lineup, but both Toby Alderweireld and Danny Rose are out. Victor Wanyama does make a long awaited return for Pochettino’s squad, but he only makes the bench.
Here are Mark Noble’s pre-match comments:

After the late drama of the West Brom win, can the Hammers somehow get another notable result at Wembley against Spurs, as they did in their wonderful comeback win in the League Cup Round of 16?
Or will it be more relegation fears creeping in again? This difficult, quick bounce back is here!
