After taking his frustration out on an innocent TV microphone, West Ham United manager Slaven Bilić faced an FA charge, along with his assistant Nikola Jurcevic, who was sent off earlier in the game for informing the fourth official the ref was an idiot disputing an off-sides decision on Sofiane Feguoli’s disallowed goal. Both faced either a fine or a touchline ban.
Both Bilić and Jurcevic admitted the charge and received 8,000 pound fines for their outbursts at the London Stadium during the game against West Bromwich Albion. Bilić was critical of referee Michael Oliver after the match that ended 2-2 after a late equalizer from West Brom’s Gareth McAuley. Both dodged a touchline ban, meaning that they will be in charge for the upcoming match against Watford FC at Vicarage Road on February 25th.
